Role Overview: Field Marketing Manager
The Field Marketing Manager joins the Demand Generation team to help expand Notion’s reach in mid-market and enterprise segments. This role focuses on engaging decision-makers who influence purchasing, often beyond the initial users who start with Notion’s free tier. The position is based in San Francisco and requires regular in-person collaboration.
Working closely with demand generation and sales teams, the Field Marketing Manager plans and executes in-person events to generate leads and support business growth. These events may be hosted by Notion, co-sponsored, or connected to third-party gatherings. The role plays a direct part in building the sales pipeline and contributing to Notion’s revenue goals.
