About the Role
As a Facilities Associate at Two Chairs, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our office environments, including our headquarters in San Francisco and five additional clinics nationwide. Your responsibilities will encompass managing our HQ office near the Transamerica building, overseeing our virtual mail management process, and providing administrative support for our six clinics located across California, Florida, and Washington.
This is a part-time, temporary, hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring in-person attendance for approximately 50% of your working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Mail Management (50% of time): You will ensure timely receipt and dispatch of mail, primarily through sorting and distributing incoming mail scanned by our third-party vendor. Additionally, you will manage outgoing mail, coordinate with USPS for mail forwarding, and liaise with our vendor.
- Administrative Support for In-Person Offices (50% of time): You will provide virtual administrative support for our in-person offices located in Seattle, Miami, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area. This includes coordinating with building management and vendors for routine maintenance, overseeing tech support when necessary, and reporting on physical spaces.
