You will develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies, lead and nurture a high-performing recruiting team, and actively manage senior and executive-level searches. Collaborating closely with leadership in Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Data Center, you will forecast hiring needs, enhance recruiting performance, and attract elite talent in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on recruiting expertise and organizational leadership.Who You Are:Over 10 years of experience in Operations and IT recruiting, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.A proven record of successfully hiring senior professionals, directors, and executive-level leaders in Operations and IT.Experience in scaling recruiting operations within a high-growth, high-volume environment (500+ hires annually).Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
