Who You Are As a Senior Product Design Engineer, Electrics (Lead), you will be instrumental in spearheading product engineering and design initiatives for our expanding range of home appliances, including precision coffee makers, grinders, and kettles. You will engage in hands-on design work, including CAD ownership, analysis, simulations, calculations, and testing. Your role will involve driving the design, development, and refinement of hardware products from concept through production, ensuring they meet exceptional standards of functionality, user experience, and design aesthetics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including industrial design, electrical engineering, software development, operations, vendors, and manufacturing partners, to deliver outstanding products. What You’ll Do Lead Product Design Process: Take hands-on ownership of product design and development tasks, including CAD, analysis, characterization, testing, and prototyping, leading efforts from preproduction to mass production. Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Oversee the comprehensive design and development of consumer hardware products, focusing on connected home appliances like coffee makers, kettles, and grinders.
