Role Overview
The Director of Growth Marketing will help shape Abridge’s growth as the company expands. This leader will turn awareness into a strong sales pipeline and drive that pipeline forward. The position sits at the intersection of paid media, demand generation, social media, and lifecycle marketing, with direct reporting to the VP of Marketing. The role includes managing a skilled team and working on a market-defining opportunity.
Abridge is looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, a brand mindset, and hands-on leadership. The right candidate enjoys experimenting and guiding teams through change.
What You Will Do
- Lead a cross-functional growth team covering paid media, demand generation, email/CRM, and social strategies. Set direction, develop team members, and hold the group accountable for results.
- Direct the demand generation strategy across paid channels (Google Search, LinkedIn, X), organic campaigns, account-based marketing, and channel management throughout the funnel. Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align on pipeline goals and maintain strong feedback between marketing and revenue outcomes.
- Advance email and lifecycle marketing to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and support customer growth in partnership with Customer Marketing.
- Grow content and social media as acquisition channels, ensuring these efforts drive measurable pipeline impact. Use approaches grounded in SEO, AEO, ABM, distribution strategy, and audience insights.
