About the Role
We are searching for a strategic and hands-on leader to join us as the Head of Logistics. This role is crucial as we build and enhance our global logistics function to support our continued growth.
In this position, you will devise systems, cultivate partnerships, and guide a high-performing team that ensures successful global launches and outstanding customer experiences. Your success will be measured by the proactive, data-driven nature of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across first-mile routes and international borders, anticipating risks, and continuously improving turnaround times.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the global logistics function, managing thousands of international shipments weekly while coordinating across various regions, time zones, and regulatory frameworks.
- Design logistics systems that minimize delays, lower costs, and increase reliability for transporting biological materials, all while scaling with global launches and company growth.
- Ensure business continuity by developing contingency plans for daily operations and emergencies, integrating redundancy and sustainability into logistics processes.
