As an engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product definitions and will be called upon to lead during critical phases, with direct access to the company’s executives.What You’ll Do: Lead the Electrical Engineering team, which includes system generalist engineers and subject matter experts in RF, camera, and power.Serve as a key leader for all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring high standards in design, effective problem-solving, and performance target achievement for our devices.Act as a crucial partner to the Technical Project Management (TPM) and Embedded software teams.Develop and implement process improvements as we refine our design, validation, and qualification methods for products and partners.Influence the product roadmap by presenting innovative technology options and identifying significant risks.What We’re Looking For: Over 10 years of experience in hardware engineering leadership; experience with OEM, ODM, and JDM is highly valued.A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience managing engineering teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.Strong domain expertise in electronics development.Hands-on experience with board bring-up, power supply, signal integrity testing, as well as debugging and root cause analysis.Familiarity with various interfaces is highly beneficial.
