Role Summary: As the Director of End User Content Strategy, you will take ownership of the voice and content experience for the employees we serve at Pathstream. This senior individual contributor role encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities: defining the content strategy, guiding the creative direction, producing and managing campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with contractors to bring your vision to fruition.
You will work at the intersection of acquisition and engagement, initially helping prospective learners understand the value of Pathstream, followed by keeping enrolled learners motivated throughout their educational journeys. Your primary audience will be frontline employees, and your challenge will be to connect with them in meaningful ways.
This role starts as a six-month contract engagement with the potential for a full-time position based on mutual compatibility. You will report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team, as well as Customer Success, Operations, and Coaching.
Within your first 30 days, you will audit existing end-user content, establish a clear perspective on voice and strategy, and deliver your first impactful piece of content or media that drives measurable engagement or activation.
By the end of six months, you will have established a functioning content operation, demonstrated tangible effects on enrollment and engagement, and become the key resource for how Pathstream communicates with our learners, allowing both parties to assess the full-time opportunity effectively.
