Role overview The Regional Sales Director, Enterprise, leads a high-growth team focused on driving revenue with enterprise customers ranging from 501 to 5,000 employees. This role blends hands-on sales execution with team leadership and operational scaling. Deep familiarity with the data ecosystem and a talent for building collaborative, scalable sales processes are essential. What you will do Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong pipeline management. Implement go-to-market strategies and personally manage high-impact, strategic deals to close. Encourage disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes. Recruit, lead, and mentor Account Executives to exceed KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Set clear performance standards and support career development for the commercial sales team. Work closely with Marketing to generate pipeline and with Product to communicate market insights.
