To drive revenue growth, enterprise pipeline development, and establish category leadership in voice AI, a strategic and data-focused approach is essential.
This position will shape and execute the vision for our marketing funnel, significantly impacting our ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
First 30 Days:
Evaluate current funnel performance, analyze pipeline sources, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and attribution models.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive teams to align on revenue targets and ideal customer profile (ICP) priorities.
Review existing account-based experience (ABX) strategies, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and campaign effectiveness.
Identify immediate opportunities to accelerate the sales pipeline.
Days 31-60:
Implement a refined demand generation strategy aligned with revenue growth objectives.
Enhance account-based experience (ABX) initiatives focusing on enterprise clients.
Create structured marketing dashboards to monitor pipeline creation, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Begin to expand the marketing team structure across digital, content, lifecycle, and events.
Days 61-90:
Achieve measurable pipeline growth in line with quarterly revenue targets.
Implement comprehensive multi-channel campaigns encompassing paid digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, and industry events.
Establish AI-driven go-to-market workflows to harness intent signals and enrich data.
