Join Sapiom as a Lead Developer Relations professional, where you will enhance our engagement in developer communities, ensuring an outstanding experience for both human developers and AI coding agents utilizing our platform.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building & Awareness: Forge meaningful relationships within AI/ML and developer communities. Generate engaging content (tutorials, blog posts, videos, presentations) empowering developers to understand agentic commerce and effectively utilize Sapiom. Represent our brand at conferences, meetups, and online platforms.Developer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for developers within the organization. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify pain points, enhance documentation, refine APIs, and ensure our SDK offers a delightful user experience. You'll be at the forefront of understanding developers' needs and vocalizing solutions.Demonstrations & Sandboxes: Create captivating demo agents and sandbox environments to illustrate the potential of Sapiom. These resources will not only serve marketing purposes but also assist developers in understanding patterns, testing integrations, and speeding up their development processes.Onboarding & Enablement: Guide developers from their initial engagement to production deployment. Develop onboarding processes, offer office hours, and provide resources that streamline their journey to value. Support partner developers in achieving success and transforming their achievements into case studies.Success Metrics (6 Months)Community Hub Establishment: Successfully established Sapiom in essential communities (AI agent builders, LLM application developers). Developers creating agentic applications recognize our brand and comprehend our offerings.Developer Advocacy: Our documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments are recognized as top-tier. The duration from signup to the first successful transaction has significantly decreased. Developer NPS is robust. A community of developers actively promotes Sapiom, sharing their experiences and creations publicly.Agent-Ready Documentation: Conducted an audit and optimization of our documentation and SDKs for AI functionalities (e.g., clear LLM-readable schemas, comprehensive .mdx guides), leading to a measurable reduction in agent errors.Demo Library: Developed 3-5 demo agents that effectively highlight Sapiom's capabilities across diverse use cases. These demos are not merely promotional tools but essential resources for developer education.

Role Overview: Developer Relations Lead This San Francisco-based role focuses on building and supporting Flux’s technical user community. Reporting directly to the COO, the Developer Relations Lead will drive engagement, education, and technical storytelling to help engineers succeed with Flux’s platform. Key Responsibilities Grow and support the Flux community: set community standards, moderate discussions, encourage participation, and build relationships with core users and VIP customers. Turn common questions into useful resources: improve documentation, develop tutorials, FAQs, reference guides, and practical examples. Manage the product education roadmap, including documentation, tutorials, and design examples. Lead a major documentation update (including Mintlify) and set up a process to keep materials accurate as products change. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Developer Relations, technical community management, solutions engineering, or a similar field focused on technical users. Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in PCB workflows. Excellent writing and content organization skills, especially for documentation and tutorials. Comfort in public-facing roles: leading community initiatives, interacting with customers, and representing Flux externally. Ability to build efficient systems from scratch, including tagging, measurement, content workflows, and feedback processes. High ownership, proactive approach, and good judgment in situations with ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications Background in technical content creation and community engagement. Familiarity with hardware design processes and tools. Strong analytical skills for interpreting community feedback and improving user experience.
