Both roles are technical, customer-centric, and fundamental in translating Serval's product capabilities into tangible business results.Role OverviewAs a Senior Deployment Strategist within Serval's Agent Deployment team, you will oversee the entire customer experience, from initial implementation through to ongoing adoption and expansion. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their success and coordinating with engineering and leadership for any escalations that arise. Deployment Strategists engage deeply with Serval's product ecosystem, crafting innovative workflows, configuring integrations, and independently resolving bugs and implementing product changes.This is a pioneering role within a team that is being established from the ground up.
