The Opportunity
As a Leadership Recruiter at Superhuman, you will lead the charge in executive and senior-level hiring across our organization. Acting as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, you will spearhead searches for Director+ level roles across various tech functions, including engineering, product, and design.
This pivotal role demands exceptional business acumen, a strong executive presence, and the capability to influence decisions at the highest levels. You will craft tailored search strategies, engage with and convert elite passive talent, and maintain a rigorous hiring process that upholds Superhuman's standards of excellence.
Reporting directly to our Head of Business and Leadership Recruiting, you will closely collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders to build diverse, impactful leadership teams that will shape the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire process of executive and senior-level searches, from defining roles to onboarding successful candidates.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring leaders, contributing to org design discussions and succession planning as necessary.
Create and implement proactive, research-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage outstanding, often passive, leadership talent.
Design structured executive assessment processes that ensure rigor, objectivity, and alignment with our company values.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, providing a tailored, high-touch approach for senior leaders.
Lead negotiations for complex, high-stakes compensation packages.
