Your Role
As the Banking Specialist Manager, you will lead and expand a high-achieving team of Banking Specialists dedicated to promoting the adoption of Brex’s business account offerings, including checking, treasury, and sweep products. The Banking Specialist team plays a crucial role in increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), enhancing customer relationships, and maximizing long-term revenue across Brex’s clientele.
In this leadership position, you will coach, develop, and inspire a team that works closely with Founders, CFOs, Controllers, and other senior finance executives. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on deal support, operational excellence, and cross-department collaboration to ensure your team surpasses targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in dynamic fintech or banking environments, possesses robust financial services expertise, and is passionate about nurturing teams that serve as trusted financial advisors to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Banking Specialists to consistently meet and exceed AUM and revenue objectives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric sales.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, deal reviews, pipeline evaluations, and performance coaching.
- Oversee team performance against established metrics and drive strategic initiatives.
