Engaging from the sales cycle, you will work hand-in-hand with customers and Account Executives to establish success criteria and action plans that achieve value expeditiously. Through tailored training sessions, interactive workshops, and comprehensive support, you will assist customers in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows that automate intricate business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness. You will oversee each project from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring enduring impact and value. Our team is dedicated to providing each customer with a top-notch onboarding experience and a smooth transition to our Customer Experience team.
