Role overview
The Associate PMO joins the Customer Product Operations team in San Francisco, playing a key role in client success at DOSS. This position combines product management, data analysis, operational execution, implementation, and client relationship management. The Associate PMO manages the full post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle for assigned clients, typically handling one or two clients at a time.
In this role, there is also the opportunity to help shape new product features and solutions within the DOSS ERP platform. Strong ownership and the ability to balance several priorities are important for success.
Key responsibilities
- Discovery: Collaborate with client leadership to understand their operational and financial processes, including how goods, information, and funds move through their business.
- Product design: Develop data models, workflows, and integrations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build/configure: Customize and set up solutions within the DOSS/ERP platform.
- User acceptance testing and go-live: Oversee UAT and ensure a smooth client deployment.
