You will develop tools and productize agents that facilitate the entire DOSS customer lifecycle, from discovery to design, building, user acceptance testing (UAT), going live, and expansion. This position emphasizes systems engineering for agentic software, requiring you to design context, interfaces, instrumentation, evaluation, and reliability to ensure agents can effectively and safely perform real customer tasks consistently.Your mission is to transform ERP implementation into a mechanically scalable process, breaking down knowledge work into computable units manageable by GPUs rather than human intellect. You will play a key role in architecting, instrumenting, and operating this innovative factory.While prior ERP or industry experience can be beneficial, it is not mandatory. Our diverse team comprises individuals from various business and technical backgrounds.
