You will also negotiate and provide counsel on vendor and procurement agreements, facilitating efficient and secure operations across the organization. Managing a high volume of commercial transactions, you will drive deal velocity while carefully navigating risk within a dynamic fintech landscape. You will offer clear and practical legal guidance on issues arising from commercial transactions and work closely with various teams, including sales, deal desk, partnerships, privacy, procurement, security, product, and engineering. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development of Brex's commercial legal resources, such as playbooks, templates, policies, and workflows, enhancing consistency and supporting scalable growth.
