This role will play a crucial part in shaping how millions of customers pay, earn rewards, and manage value on our platform. As a member of the Consumer Financials Strategy & Operations team, you will help incubate fresh financial projects from initial concept through to launch, learning, and iterative improvement.In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams to define requirements, support product launches, and conduct experiments aimed at enhancing how customers earn, store, and spend value on DoorDash. You will convert complex product and operational needs into actionable plans, ensuring that new product experiences are straightforward, intuitive, and trusted as they gain traction.This role reports to the Senior Manager / GM of our Consumer Financials team and operates as an individual contributor.
