Position Overview
This is a temporary 3-month contract role intended to meet the growing demand for our services. Performance and business needs may lead to an extension of this contract for up to 9 months.
As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be an integral part of our Care Team, engaging directly with members via phone, text, email, and messaging. Your role will involve collaborating with clinical specialists to ensure smooth and efficient healthcare experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our members, addressing inquiries from enrollment to care journey navigation and directing them to appropriate team members for prompt assistance. You will join a compassionate and dedicated team that values open communication and prioritizes member well-being.
Your primary responsibility will be to maximize coverage and enhance the personalized member experience well beyond conventional healthcare settings. You will respond to member inquiries through various channels, prioritized in the following order:
- Inbound phone calls (including those from partner teams)
- Inbound in-app messages and text messages
- Inbound emails
- Other assigned tasks per daily schedule
Available Shifts
Monday to Friday:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
