About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be instrumental in the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate, multidisciplinary projects that merge advanced hardware and software solutions for multi-domain autonomous systems. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Project Planning & Execution
Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and interdependencies.
Lead the implementation of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring they align with technical and program goals.
Monitor progress against scope, timelines, and risk, fostering accountability across teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the main point of contact among engineering, product, manufacturing, and external partners.
Conduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and executive briefings.
Ensure cohesive integration between hardware, software, and manufacturing processes.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Proactively identify technical, operational, and scheduling risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
Swiftly address issues and coordinate rapid resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain program stability amidst dynamic, high-uncertainty environments.
Technical Oversight
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to grasp system architectures, dependencies, and constraints.
Ensure project plans accurately reflect technical realities and priorities.
