Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:A post-graduate degree (Masters, MPH, PhD) with specialized training and certification in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). A minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting HEOR research, particularly in Health Services Research, Health Economics, and Outcomes Research. Relevant experience with medical devices and diagnostics is essential; pharmaceutical experience is not applicable. A proven track record of contributing to the field through publications and active engagement in the external HEOR community. Extensive technical knowledge and experience in planning and delivering HEOR programs, including economic modeling and real-world data studies. A demonstrated ability to lead and manage functional operating plans while contributing to business strategy development. An understanding of the external environment related to Outcomes Research, Clinical, Regulatory, and Reimbursement processes. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams, managing various projects simultaneously.
