Access Destination Services is hiring a Sales Manager based in San Diego. This hybrid role requires working from the office at least three days each week. Candidates must live locally and be able to travel within the San Diego area to meet clients and attend industry events.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager leads sales efforts focused on qualifying and developing programs. This position manages hotel partnerships and seeks new ways to increase market share with hotels. The Sales Manager also works with internal teams to build new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with key hotel partners.
- Conduct presentations and lead site inspections for hotel and business partnerships.
- Track key performance indicators and ensure goals are met.
- Work closely with creative and events teams to deliver strong client experiences.
- Follow company procedures to reach revenue and profit targets.
- Promote the Access brand to clients and industry contacts.

Who We’re Looking For
Access values diverse backgrounds and welcomes candidates with a range of experiences. The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in a consultative role, ideally in travel or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively within a team.
