Our application areas span manned air platforms (e.g., the F-35 Joint Simulation Environment), unmanned air systems, and space assets, primarily supporting the Air Force, Navy, and DARPA research initiatives.Your Role:We are looking for a Senior Researcher who will play a crucial role in researching, designing, developing, and implementing a robust portfolio of capabilities to advance our autonomy mission. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across various STR campuses to strategize and execute technical projects, prepare detailed reports, deliver presentations to clients, contribute to proposal developments, and devise innovative solutions for challenging national security issues. Your focus will be on innovating and applying AI/ML and decision-making algorithms to enhance autonomy capabilities, particularly in simulation environments.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing research projects with minimal supervision.
