Join our innovative Course Experience team at Art of Problem Solving as a Product Manager, where you'll help shape the future of education for aspiring problem solvers. We are seeking two talented Product Managers: one will focus on creating unique independent learning experiences for students, while the other will develop the essential curriculum management systems that support all AoPS learning initiatives.
Self-Study Experience: Our Self-Study Experience pod is dedicated to fostering independent learning environments that empower students to take control of their educational journey. This team designs homework, resources, and support systems for learning outside of traditional classroom settings, in addition to self-paced classes and standalone learning tools such as e-books.
Curriculum Systems: The Curriculum Systems pod is responsible for developing the foundational technology that drives all AoPS educational experiences. This includes tools that allow curriculum developers to create engaging content, configure learning paths, utilize interactive pedagogical libraries, gather learning analytics, and conduct experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the needs of students and educators, ensuring their feedback is integrated into daily product decisions.
- Vision & Strategy: Establish a clear vision for enhancing the course experience, aligning with overall business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, curriculum, and operations teams to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Prototyping & User Testing: Partner with design and engineering to quickly prototype and test new ideas, gathering user feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Leverage customer feedback, analytics, educational research, and market insights to guide product decisions and prioritize the roadmap.
