Role overview
The Entry Level Customer Success Manager position is ideal for recent graduates or those beginning their careers who are interested in customer success and product enablement. This role focuses on helping Agency Partners use Acrisure’s suite of technology tools, including collaboration platforms, CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, and proprietary software. New team members participate in structured training, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience with these technologies.
What you will do
- Guide Agency Partners in adopting Acrisure’s technology to maximize value and return on investment.
- Deliver onboarding sessions, training, and clear learning materials for a variety of digital tools.
- Provide support by addressing technical issues, escalating bugs, and working with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agency Partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to represent Agency Partner needs.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to ensure positive outcomes for Agency Partners.
