The CSSO oversees personnel security, physical security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) within assigned Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and program areas, and manages SCIF construction from start to finish. Main Responsibilities Conduct inspections and monitor on-site processes to verify compliance with construction plans, security protocols, and regulatory standards. Lead construction management and act as the owner’s representative across several projects. Support construction management during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and occupancy phases. Assist with project planning, procurement, design, and management direction to meet client expectations and financial targets. Work with clients to clarify project requirements. Review project schedules and coordinate work plans with deadlines.
