Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries from both new and returning parents, helping them to identify the most suitable learning paths for their children based on unique needs and interests.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding courses, curriculum, and textbooks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction via email and phone.Provide expert consultation services to prospective customers (parents) to assist them in selecting the best course or product, either initially or when switching options.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all AoPS products (Online, BA, and VC).Collaborate proactively with school staff, instructional coaches, students, and their parents to address issues related to coursework, attendance, behavior, and academic integrity.Document and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.Process documentation requests from parents/students in collaboration with instructors and school staff/instructional coaches.Communicate updates to the public knowledge base and internal policies to Knowledge Management.Coordinate with multiple departments, including Online Instruction, Curriculum, Warehouse, and Finance, to fulfill customer requests.Work occasional weekend shifts as necessary to support our student and parent community.
