Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Acquire, set up, and maintain testing equipment such as fixtures, power supplies, data acquisition systems, cabling, and workstations. Prepare and connect Devices Under Test (DUTs) according to test plans and engineering specifications. Conduct tests, monitor performance, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of test setups. Troubleshoot issues with test setups, equipment, and DUTs during testing. Carry out post-test teardown, inspection, and basic failure analysis. Collect, organize, and summarize test data and observations. Draft clear test summaries and reports to communicate findings to engineering stakeholders. Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes, fixtures, and lab organization. Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, reliability, quality, and manufacturing. Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in a test lab or engineering laboratory setting. Familiarity with thermal, mechanical, and electrical testing methodologies. Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a variety of tasks. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and technical teams. Hands-on aptitude with tools, instrumentation, and lab equipment. Experience with reliability or validation testing. Familiarity with basic statistical analysis. Experience with data acquisition systems or test automation. Background in robotics, electromechanical systems, or hardware development environments.
