Position Overview: The Vehicle Reconditioning Manager will spearhead daily operations at our Inspection Center, overseeing a dedicated team of leads and associates. This leadership role encompasses all facets of the vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement while achieving quality, production, and cost targets. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations within the Inspection Center. Mentor and develop direct reports through effective coaching and performance management. Collaborate in formulating and executing strategic plans aligned with company objectives. Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and performance metrics. Foster a work environment that promotes positive communication and team collaboration. Oversee staffing by recruiting, orienting, and training new employees. Facilitate ongoing training and certification for team members. Assist in production planning to meet capacity requirements. Adhere to all health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
