Follow safety procedures in the shop environment. Take part in quality audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Help ensure products are produced without defects, on schedule, and using cost-effective methods. Requirements Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and see them through to completion. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Education and experience Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a relevant field, or have equivalent education and experience. Experience with 3D modeling tools. The scope of responsibilities may adjust based on each intern’s academic background, career interests, and goals. Duties may change or expand as needed during the internship. Compensation $22–$27 per hour
