In this supervisory role, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for daily operations within our facility. You will oversee all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process, managing at least five leads and up to 70 frontline associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What You’ll Be Doing: Supervise daily operations within the Inspection Center. Provide mentorship and accountability to direct reports, facilitating succession planning through effective coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management. Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with operating standards, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
