The team ensures that processes remain accurate and reliable as the company grows. Main Responsibilities Verify the validity of new contracts created by the Sales Department. Monitor and manage contract renewals to support ongoing business needs. Conduct systematic checks and updates to maintain high-quality Master Data. Manage and update the customer database with accuracy. Provide operational support to Sales and Operations teams. Handle Excel files and spreadsheets efficiently.
