This role will report to our Safety Manager located in Latham, NY.This position involves extensive travel for long-term assignments, allowing you to collaborate closely with our client's management teams and safety personnel to ensure on-site safety compliance. You will be stationed at one of our client's project sites, where you will lead safety initiatives and implement corrective actions as necessary.Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to established safety programs and procedures Conduct Toolbox Talks to promote workplace safety Generate weekly and monthly corrective action reports Facilitate on-site safety training as needed Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per yearThe offered salary will be determined by various factors, such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, environmental, or civil safety. OSHA (30-hour) Construction certification required. Hazwoper (40-hour/8-hour) certification. Current CPR/AED/First Aid training. Willingness to travel for overnight assignments and commit to long-term projects (2-6 months). Experience in delivering safety training is highly preferred.
