Visit solar sites for regular maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and oversight of subcontractor activities, keeping thorough documentation for each task. Create and manage schedules for both routine and corrective maintenance actions. Oversee company assets, including vehicles, tools, safety gear, and spare parts inventory. Review and audit work orders for all sites in the assigned region each day. Deliver training to technicians on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting as needed.
