Purpose: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will deliver exceptional mental health treatment utilizing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach.
Key Functions:
- Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, as well as educational and skills training to clients.
- Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial comprehensive treatment plans, including screenings and assessments for appropriate levels of care.
- Engage in collateral consultations and complex care coordination, ensuring appropriate documentation to connect clients with required services.
- Consult with interdisciplinary team members and participate in ongoing supervision.
- Attend required professional development activities and training sessions.
- Licensed therapists may provide clinical supervision for MHC or LMSW therapists and/or student interns as needed.
- Meet or exceed productivity expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including an understanding of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
