In this role, you will not only perform the same duties as your team members but also mentor and guide technicians under your supervision, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to standards. As a customer-facing representative, you will need to exhibit a friendly demeanor, possess in-depth knowledge, and demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions that benefit both the client and Unlimited Technology. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration with sales and operations departments. You will report directly to the assigned Program Manager.
