Act as a representative of the agency in professional associations and organizations that promote job networking opportunities.6. Work closely with Employment Consultants post-placement to ensure job retention and success, exemplifying teamwork and contributing to the effectiveness of both program and management teams. Foster collaboration across departments to build strong working relationships.7. Assist in creating effective marketing materials to support job development, placement, and retention efforts.8. Conduct thorough intake interviews and complete all necessary paperwork for initial assessments.9. Maintain regular contact with consumers to motivate their engagement and ensure follow-through with job development initiatives.10.
