Prepare reports for funding agencies to keep them informed about consumer progress, ensuring that 100% of productivity benchmarks are met in accordance with program goals.4. Collaborate with consumers to craft individualized vocational rehabilitation plans that include regular evaluations of their progress and emerging needs.5. Act as a representative of the agency in professional associations and organizations that promote job networking opportunities.6. Work closely with Employment Consultants post-placement to ensure job retention and success, exemplifying teamwork and contributing to the effectiveness of both program and management teams. Foster collaboration across departments to build strong working relationships.7. Assist in creating effective marketing materials to support job development, placement, and retention efforts.8. Conduct thorough intake interviews and complete all necessary paperwork for initial assessments.9. Maintain regular contact with consumers to motivate their engagement and ensure follow-through with job development initiatives.10. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.
