Analyze margins, manage departmental budgets, and provide the CEO with essential financial insights to enhance profitability.Global HQ Liaison: Act as the primary financial representative to our South Korean headquarters. You will translate U.S. performance into global reporting standards, oversee consolidation, and lead all financial communications with HQ leadership.Financial Planning & Analysis: Go beyond traditional closing practices. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment between our operational expenditures and strategic objectives.Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage everyday financial operations, overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain robust cash flow and solid vendor relationships.Maintain Financial Integrity: Oversee month-end close processes, ensure tax compliance, and manage treasury functions. Implement necessary internal controls and ERP workflows to prepare the U.S. entity for audits.Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Operations and HR as a financial co-pilot. Oversee payroll, benefits, and office expansion finances, ensuring every expenditure supports our growth.Reporting and Closing Packages: Prepare and submit precise monthly closing packages, including intercompany reconciliation and Disclosure Support Documents (DSD), to Global HQ in line with consolidated accounting policies and timelines.Technology and Automation: Enhance our technology stack to automate reporting processes and create real-time financial dashboards for the executive team.
