This position also qualifies for additional compensation and incentives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to accurately identify necessary repairs.Perform Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle, documenting and communicating any additional services or repairs needed; review inspections completed by General Service Technicians.Assist with inventory management tasks, including pulling tires and parts, and stocking shelves.Facilitate general store operations, ensuring the location adheres to Monro’s cleanliness and organization standards for a guest-ready environment.Execute services in compliance with Monro’s safety protocols, including but not limited to Wheel Torque and Oil safety practices.Test drive vehicles according to Monro’s Road Test procedures, ensuring adherence to local traffic laws and safety regulations.Stay updated on technical knowledge and skills by completing all Monro University training modules promptly.Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with Monro and manufacturer guidelines.Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
