Floater Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-time | Outpatient | Roanoke, VA

As a Floater Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinics, you will play an essential role in assisting patients to reach their rehabilitation goals while thriving in a collaborative, supportive, and clinician-led environment.
Our clinics address a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic and neurological issues, post-operative recovery, and balance disorders. Whether you prefer a varied caseload or wish to specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, prosthetics, or vestibular rehabilitation, we are committed to supporting your professional development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute individualized treatment plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Support patients with orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Track patient progress and provide recommendations for treatment adjustments.
- Document patient care accurately using Raintree EMR.
- Collaborate effectively with therapists and team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Possess a current or eligible PTA license in Virginia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a strong desire for professional growth.
- Willingness to float between our clinics in the Roanoke area.
