This hybrid role allows you to work both in the office and in the field (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-person), empowering you to collaborate directly with customers and internal teams within the Construction & Technical Support (C&TS) organization. Your leadership will be essential as we navigate a growing volume of complex transmission and distribution projects that demand meticulous management due to their visibility to regulators, public agencies, and major stakeholders.
The primary objective of the Project Manager role is to enhance project success rates through the application of effective project management principles, methodologies, tools, and standards. Candidates typically hold certifications as Professional Project Managers and leverage their expertise across various functions and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, including facility relocations and civil capital projects.
- Ensure effective project cost management, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Manage 5-10 concurrent projects while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Facilitate resource allocation, equipment usage, and information flow to ensure project completion, maintaining comprehensive project plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
