Join Our Team as a California Lifeline Enrollment Agent!
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Direct Hire
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: $14 per hour with potential bonuses (paid training included)
Work Environment: This is an outdoor position at a kiosk located at our partner sites. Once hired, you will receive necessary permits and licenses following a comprehensive 1-2 week training period. Our partner locations include Redlands, Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, Hemet, and San Jacinto.
**Candidates must be able to consistently commute to Riverside, CA for mandatory meetings, paycheck collection, and product pickup.**
About California Lifeline:
The California Lifeline program is a government initiative aimed at providing affordable telecommunications services to eligible low-income individuals and households. This program extends its benefits to households enrolled in most public assistance programs, with a limit of one discount per household.
Role Overview:
Upon completing the requisite training on program specifics, compliance, customer service best practices, and system navigation, you will be responsible for enrolling consumers at our partnership locations. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service, providing detailed information about new products and services, and serving as a reliable resource for inquiries regarding program eligibility and benefits.
