Role Overview Quooker is looking for a Production Team Leader to join the team in Ridderkerk, Zuid-Holland. This position is based at the Nikkelstraat facility, home to the CO2 filling line and several other production lines. The Team Leader oversees these lines, ensuring smooth operation and high product quality. Main Responsibilities Lead and support a production team, focusing on both team welfare and individual development. Set clear expectations and maintain team spirit to help meet weekly targets without compromising on quality. Work closely with engineers to identify and implement improvements to production lines and the workplace. Monitor production progress and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve disruptions. Spend time on the shop floor, gaining insight into processes and actively contributing to efficiency and ergonomics improvements. Keep the workplace tidy and safe, making this a top priority for the team. Act as a liaison with HR and collaborate with other team leads on personnel planning. Work with logistics to ensure products are delivered and operations run smoothly; logistics experience is helpful. Adapt quickly to changing situations and step in hands-on when needed. The Production Coordinator helps ensure production targets are met and that the workflow remains efficient and collaborative. Main Responsibilities Monitor production planning and escalate issues to the team lead as needed. Coordinate daily operations to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. Assist colleagues with technical questions and support quality standards on the line. Work directly on the production line, building cranes and gaining in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes. Coordinate with logistics to make sure all necessary parts arrive on time. Manage material inventories to support uninterrupted operations.
