We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Retail Account Manager for Heavy Equipment to join our team at our Richmond, VA rental facility. If you are passionate about driving growth and building relationships in the construction sector, we want to hear from you!
Compensation: $64,000 - $150,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commission, no market restrictions)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in EquipmentShare products and key construction equipment brands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and potential clients in your area, prioritizing long-term partnerships over transactional exchanges.
- Quickly establish yourself as a heavy equipment sales expert, informing prospective customers of the advantages of purchasing from EquipmentShare.
- Manage your portfolio with care, ensuring clients are informed about new promotions and addressing their unique equipment needs.
- Be a reliable resource for your customers, providing prompt answers and effective solutions to their inquiries.
- Take the initiative in managing sales pipelines for adjacent markets in your region.
- Innovate and implement new sales strategies to expand your business and enhance the company’s reach.
