Key Responsibilities Serve as the Engineer of Record for designated projects while leading coordination meetings. Assist the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and mentoring of staff. Coordinate and allocate various projects for the engineering team, including system design and project engineering. Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Handle construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda processing. Work with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and oversee project accounts receivable. Ensure effective communication among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. Engage in firmwide Expert Teams committee activities. Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management efforts. Prepare proposals and project documentation.
