You will proactively monitor systems, address incidents, and maintain both cloud and data center environments. By managing operating systems, applying updates, and optimizing infrastructure, you will help safeguard business continuity and enable seamless operations.Major ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze a high-volume ticket system for SLAs and ticket routing efficiency.Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment.Provide support for multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity.Follow defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues effectively.Analyze and report on operational metrics to understand performance and drive process improvements.Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patching, and application versions.Manage Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments.Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for servers and related infrastructure.Participate in the On-Call rotation as necessary.Communicate events and updates to stakeholders, teams, and leadership.Assist with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (some travel may be required).Create and manage user accounts.Update production server resources and sizing appropriately.Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures consistently.
