We are on the lookout for a talented Senior 3D Technical Artist / Creative Technologist to spearhead the onboarding of new robotic systems to our AirGen and GRID platforms. This role will involve customizing implementations for specific use cases while ensuring flawless performance of our AI-driven autonomous systems in high-fidelity virtual environments.
As a vital member of the Customer Success team, you will engage directly with clients to translate their complex real-world challenges into innovative technical simulation solutions. Your focus will be on developing efficient pipelines for integrating intricate robotic systems into Unreal Engine (AirGen) and NVIDIA Isaac Sim. This position offers a unique perspective on the transformative potential of Physical AI across various industries, providing you the chance to collaborate with a world-class team of AI and robotics innovators.
Key Responsibilities
Robot Onboarding & Optimization: Design workflows to seamlessly onboard robotic CAD and high-fidelity models into Unreal Engine (AirGen) and Isaac Sim, ensuring physical accuracy, appropriate kinematics, and real-time sensor simulation performance optimization.
Custom Implementation & Tooling: Create bespoke tools and simulation scenarios customized for specific client needs, including sensor modeling (LiDAR, Depth, RGB) and drone flight environments.
Synthetic Data Generation (SDG): Establish and enhance pipelines for generating large-scale, high-quality synthetic datasets to train computer vision and AI models for autonomous navigation purposes.
Digital Twins & Data Capture: Innovate 3D scanning and photogrammetry workflows to develop digital twins of real-world environments and assets for high-fidelity simulation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Robotics Engineers, Perception Teams, and Simulation Engineers to ensure that the visual and physical fidelity of our digital environments aligns with real-world sensor data.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, Technical Animation, Robotics, or a related field.
