Qualifications
Responsibilities
Create and edit a variety of documentation for ArcGIS Pro, including:
Conceptual and workflow documentation
Tutorials
Settings and configuration guidance
Release notes and updates for each software version
Licensing information
Test software features and collaborate with team members to fully understand functionality, ensuring effective documentation.
Identify, report, and verify software issues with development teams through testing.
Contribute to and review documentation for other Esri products such as ArcGIS Drone2Map, AllSource, and Reality Studio.
Address user feedback on documentation and implement necessary updates or improvements.
Produce screen-capture videos demonstrating software functionality and tutorial workflows.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in GIS concepts and workflows.
Proven background in technical or academic writing.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly for a technical audience.
Adept at managing multiple assignments and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Submission of a portfolio with writing samples is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.
