The HR Program Integration Specialist is essential for the effective design, coordination, integration, and communication of HR programs across the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR Administration and Total Rewards, this role acts as a vital link among HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Corporate Communications, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring uniformity, transparency, and operational excellence in the execution of programs.
Program Integration & Delivery
Oversee the comprehensive delivery of HR programs across various functions and business units.
Collaborate with COEs to implement new and existing HR initiatives effectively.
Maintain detailed documentation of timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth program delivery.
Guarantee alignment and consistency during program rollouts and executions.
Identify and address integration gaps proactively, ensuring a detailed annual HR program calendar.
Produce standardized documentation, playbooks, templates, and program guides.
Assist in updating workflows and process documentation as programs evolve.
Alert relevant stakeholders to any risks or delays.
Communications & Change Management
Collaborate with COEs, HRBPs, and Corporate Communications to craft clear, consistent HR communications.
Ensure coherent messaging across various channels and audiences.
Maintain standardization in tools and documentation throughout HR initiatives.
Coordinate communication and rollout materials for change management initiatives.
Monitor feedback to enhance communication clarity and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between COEs and HRBPs to ensure uniform program interpretation and execution.
Work with COEs to develop materials for HRBPs and other stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
Establish strong partnerships across HR and business stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to streamline documentation and communication processes.
Support ongoing improvements to enhance scalability and consistency.
Maintain a centralized overview of HR initiatives to prevent duplication and ensure alignment.
