As a graduate intern at Solidigm, you will tackle impactful projects spanning various domains such as firmware development, technology pathfinding, hardware validation, strategic planning, reliability engineering, and AI-driven innovation.
Key Focus Areas:
Interns will be assigned to projects that align with their skills and interests across the following tracks:
Firmware Engineering
- Engage in firmware development and validation for next-gen SSD products.
- Enhance code coverage, debugging processes, and tool functionalities.
- Collaborate within agile teams to manage and complete backlog tasks.
Technology Development & Validation
- Assist in system-level workload studies and performance benchmarking.
- Design and implement test plans for media policy and backend test flows.
- Support thermal mechanical validation and lab automation efforts.
Hardware Engineering
- Participate in high-speed I/O characterization and NAND testing.
- Develop and refine test programs using advanced equipment (e.g., T5835).
- Contribute to immersion cooling capability development and lab setup.
Strategy & Data Analytics
- Create AI dashboards and visualizations utilizing PowerBI and Snowflake.
- Analyze customer/product data along with competitive insights through ML/AI methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with Global Ops, IT, and Strategy teams.
AI & Automation
- Invent AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and improve code quality.
- Investigate vector indexing and inference benchmarking on GPU/NVME platforms.
- Design intelligent dashboards for predictive metrics and decision-making.
